By registering with Rishta Square, you confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to all terms set out in this document. These terms exist to protect both our members and our team, and to ensure every engagement is built on mutual respect, honesty, and realistic expectations.
1. Our Role as a Facilitator — Not a Guarantor of Outcome
Rishta Square operates as a curated matchmaking platform — combining self-service profile browsing with human review at key steps. We are not a marriage bureau, a legal intermediary, or a guarantor of any marital outcome.
- No Guaranteed Outcome: Registration means our service is introductory and process-based. We do not sell or guarantee a marital outcome of any kind.
- Divine Will & Naseeb: We believe marriage (Nikah) is a union tied to individual destiny and timing. Rishta Square is a tool to help in the search — we do not create outcomes or accelerate timelines.
- Human Review Layer: Unlike a fully automated matching app, every match on Rishta Square is reviewed by a real member of our team before being surfaced to you — not just an algorithm. This review adds a layer of quality control, not a guarantee of compatibility or a guaranteed match.
- Service vs. Outcome: Fees cover our platform, profile review, match curation, and administrative coordination — regardless of whether a match is found, accepted, or leads to marriage.
2. How Matching Works on Rishta Square
- Browse & Connect: Members can browse reviewed profiles within the platform and send interest to others, subject to their package tier's visibility rules.
- Admin-Reviewed Matches: In addition to browsing, our team surfaces recommended matches based on the compatibility criteria you provide. These are reviewed by our team before being shown to you as a recommended match.
- Profile Review Before Going Live: Every profile is reviewed by our team before it becomes visible to other members, to check for authenticity, completeness, and appropriate photo settings.
- No Fixed Timeline Obligations: We do not guarantee a specific number of matches or introductions within any given timeframe. The number of compatible matches available depends on who else is registered on the platform at any given time.
3. Limitation of Liability & Verification Disclaimer
Rishta Square facilitates introductions based on information provided directly to us by our registered members. We do not act as a private investigator, legal verifier, or physical verification service.
- Assessment Based on Shared Data: Our review process is limited to assessing the information voluntarily provided by members at registration. We do not independently verify or guarantee the truth of any profile's claims, education, employment, or family background.
- No Physical Verification: We do not conduct home visits, employment verification, or verify financial or property claims made by any member.
- Mandatory Member Due Diligence: It is the responsibility of members and their families to independently verify each other's credentials before making any decisions — including identification documents, education, employment, and family background — through their own trusted networks.
- Fraud & Misrepresentation: By using Rishta Square, you agree not to hold us liable for fake information, fraudulent claims, or misrepresentation provided by another member. We are not responsible for a member's deliberate misrepresentation of themselves.
- Post-Introduction Events: Once an introduction is facilitated (via a mutual match or admin recommendation), our role in that specific introduction is considered complete. We are not responsible for disputes, conflicts, financial losses, emotional distress, or any harm resulting from a failed engagement or future marital difficulties.
We strongly encourage all members and families to conduct independent, thorough background checks before making any life-altering decisions.
4. Code of Member Conduct
We expect every member to engage with our platform and our team with respect and honesty. The following will result in account suspension or termination:
- Disrespectful or Abusive Conduct: Rude, harassing, or abusive language directed at our team — via WhatsApp, email, phone, or the platform — may result in immediate suspension of your account.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false or deliberately misleading information about your background, education, profession, financial standing, age, or marital status during registration or afterward is a breach of these terms.
- Registering on Behalf of a Client: Rishta Square is intended for individuals registering as themselves, or a parent/legal guardian registering on behalf of their child. Professional matchmakers, marriage bureaus, or agents creating profiles on behalf of a paying client are not permitted to use this platform.
- Unauthorized Contact: Attempting to contact another member outside the platform using information obtained through your profile access, without their consent, is a violation of these terms.
- Threats or Harassment: Any threat — explicit or implied — directed at our team or another member will result in immediate termination and may be referred to legal authorities.
5. Data & Confidentiality of Shared Profiles
- Confidentiality Obligation: Profile details, photos, and contact information shared with you through the platform must be treated as confidential. This information belongs to the member who shared it.
- No Unauthorized Sharing: You may not screenshot, save, forward, or share another member's profile information with any third party, for any purpose.
- Photo Privacy: Photos remain private until a member chooses to share them, in line with the privacy controls built into the platform.
- Accuracy of Your Own Information: You are responsible for keeping the information in your own profile accurate and up to date. Material changes (employment, location, marital status, etc.) should be updated promptly.
- Data Protection: We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties outside the operation of the platform.
6. Eligibility
- Age Requirement: All candidates must be at least 18 years of age. Registrations for individuals below this age will be rejected.
- Single Registration: Each individual may only maintain one active profile on the platform.
- Genuine Intent: Registration implies a genuine intention to pursue a lawful marital alliance. Profiles created for non-matrimonial purposes will be removed upon discovery.
- Right to Refuse Service: Rishta Square reserves the right to refuse registration to any individual, or to suspend/terminate an active registration, at our discretion, to protect the integrity and safety of our member community.
7. Payments & Packages
- Membership requires payment of the applicable package fee (Basic or Premium), as listed on our pricing page at the time of registration.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, JazzCash, or NayaPay, using the account details provided during checkout.
- After payment, please share your payment confirmation via WhatsApp as instructed — our team verifies and activates profiles within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.
- Non-Refundable: All registration and success fees paid to Rishta Square are non-refundable, regardless of whether a match is found, accepted, or leads to marriage, and regardless of your reason for discontinuing use of the platform. By completing payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
8. Governing Law & Updates
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from use of Rishta Square shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
